Nutrition Counseling

Elliott Performance & Nutrition offers nutrition counseling and Medical Nutrition Therapy both in-person and virtually. Our areas of focus include: sports nutrition, weight loss counseling, nutrition for disease prevention and wellness, vegetarian nutrition, nutrition for GI disorders, and nutrition for college students and professionals. Virtual sessions are offered through our patient portal and include secure face-to-face video chat and messaging. Depending on your goals, Elliott Performance & Nutrition offers short-term and long-term packages as well as group sessions.

Elliott Performance & Nutrition offers a variety of services for individual athletes and teams including nutrition counseling, race day fueling plans, VO2 Max, Sub-Max and metabolic testing, sweat concentration testing and custom sports nutrition presentations. Click below to learn more.

For students

Student life can present challenges to wellness. At Elliott Performance & Nutrition, we understand these challenges well. We enjoy working with undergraduate and graduate students as well as collegiate athletes to create a plan for better nutrition and health on campus. We offer student discounts and also offer a package for incoming freshman to help prevent unwanted weight gain or loss, to educate on navigating college food environments and to create a plan for wellness in college.

 

Worksite Wellness 

Katie Elliott has worked in corporate settings for over 10 years, has done academic research on worksite wellness, has earned Worksite Wellness Program Manager certifications (NWI) and has helped companies successfully implement wellness initiatives. Katie understands the unique challenges facing both professionals and organizations, and enjoys guiding both companies and workers to achieve better health. Past work has included helping a mid-size company achieve American Heart Association Platinum Fit Friendly Worksite Status as well as helping a Denver-based hospital to become the second hospital in Colorado to achieve Platinum status with the Colorado Healthy Hospitals Initiative. Organizational services range from lunch-and-learn educational sessions to full-implementation of wellness programs.
