At Elliott Performance & Nutrition we believe in individualization. This means we look closely at each client’s goals, relevant family and personal medical history, cultural beliefs, values and lifestyle to formulate a customized nutrition approach. In our experience, customization takes into account each individual’s unique physiology and also offers a nutrition approach that is more likely to be successful long term. We also believe in science and providing evidence-based recommendations whenever possible. This means we stay up to date on emerging research through reading the latest journal articles published in our specialty areas in addition to regularly attending conferences.

We also believe in regular communication with our clients as they work to make their lifestyle healthier. Elliott Performance & Nutrition’s patient portal allows us to interact with patients through HIPAA compliant messaging and video chat and also enables us to send resources that help support patient goals.
